Feltham Lagonda 2.6 Litre Front Wing/Fender Mouldings
- 2.6L Saloon
- 2.6L Drophead
Individually handmade and hand‑finished brass lower wing mouldings for the David Brown‑era Lagonda 2.6 litre Saloon and Drophead models. These distinctive trim pieces mount beneath the headlights between the front wing/fender panel assembly and represent an authentic period detail from the first Lagonda model produced under David Brown ownership.
Previously unobtainable components, these mouldings have been unavailable to enthusiasts and restorers for decades. Through careful dimensional analysis of original factory parts, we have developed the necessary custom tooling to bring these rare components back into production using traditional brass fabrication techniques.
We offer complete flexibility in your mounting configurations—supplying trims with or without pre‑soldered tabs, with or without pre‑drilled fixture holes, and in either polished brass or chrome‑plated finishes to suit individual restoration requirements.
The set pictured is without any tabs. In this case our customer wanted to fit them themselves so they could correctly align their pre‑drilled wing and bodywork fixture holes—to achieve that perfect fit.
We know it’s sometimes better to tailor trim components like these to the vehicle in situ to better align with the panel fixtures, particularly given the variations in panel geometry that can occur over time or during restoration work.
All DMark® Feltham Lagonda brass mouldings are finished as polished brass, meticulously prepared and chrome‑ready.
Chrome plating is only applicable if we finish the complete component including mounting holes. In most cases, customers will probably prefer to receive the trim in polished brass and handle the chrome plating themselves.
Be rest assured that at DMark® we only work with long‑standing, reputable electroplating firms for our work and products. These Lagonda wing moulding pairs are essentially “bolt‑on” components, so some clients prefer DMark® to handle the chrome plating process. However, we do appreciate there are others who will handle the chrome plating themselves and prefer to receive their components in polished brass. Perhaps you’re restoring the whole car and want to have all your chrome plating done at once after a dry‑fit?
These trim mouldings are made‑to‑order only.
Mounting tabs and fasteners are available separately upon request. We can also supply solder wire for customers who prefer to attach tabs themselves.
Customers should be aware that vehicles with extensive repairs may have altered bodywork geometry due to paintwork processes, body filler usage, or other factors which can subtly affect panel shape where trims like these are positioned. We have taken considerable care to replicate the most authentic original geometry, though this may occasionally differ from a vehicle’s current surface characteristics. Similarly, mounting point or tab positions may vary from new DMark® component specifications and minor adjustments may occasionally be required to achieve optimal fitment.
Sold as a pair—near‑side and off‑side.
