Handmade stainless steel internal lower door kick‑panel trims that mount to the trim panel along the bottom edge of DB4 and DB5 doors. These decorative trims share the same half‑round profile as our footwell trims, which mount to the vehicle’s footwell lower side‑wall.
This previously obsolete component has been unavailable to owners, enthusiasts and restorers until now. Many DB4 and DB5 vehicles have had these trim details removed over the years due to damage from wear, corrosion, or accident damage, with owners unable to source accurate new replacements. Vehicles missing these trims or requiring replacements can now reinstate this important interior detail.
Through careful dimensional analysis of original factory parts and customer assistance, DMark® has developed the necessary custom tooling to bring these surprisingly challenging components back into production using our proprietary manufacturing techniques.
There are two significant manufacturing complexities we have overcome through substantial development and tooling innovation. The first challenge involves producing the actual compact half‑round profile shape in sufficient lengths while maintaining dimensional accuracy and further eliminating any imperfections or misalignments. The second challenge lies in creating the precise right‑angle directional change—bent one way for door trims, along the opposite directional plane for footwell trims—while maintaining accurate profile geometry without collapse or deformation.
Each trim is supplied to our standard lengths, though we recommend customers provide measurements for precise vehicle‑specific dimensions—ensuring the trim will align perfectly with their particular door trim panel. When exact measurements are supplied, we cut to length for optimal fitment. Alternatively, we can supply trims with generous material length at both ends, allowing customers to trim and tailor the part during installation to achieve that perfect fit and door operation.
The polished stainless steel half‑round profile fits neatly over the internal door trim panel, secured through multiple sliding M4 steel fixings that attach to the door’s underlying timber trim‑‑backed substrate.
All DMark® DB4 and DB5 internal door kick‑panel trims are finished as highly polished stainless steel, requiring no additional treatment and ready for immediate installation.

Trims mount to the lower door trim panel on each door, fitting neatly over existing interior trim work. Door‑trim hole positioning for stud fixtures is variable, as each threaded stud slides along the backside of the stainless steel profile. Customers should be aware that vehicles that have had extensive interior restoration in the past or crash damage may have altered or different door trimming. We have taken considerable care to replicate the most authentic profile and dimensions, though this may occasionally differ from a vehicle’s current characteristics due to previous repairs or modifications accumulated over time, and minor adjustments may occasionally be required to achieve optimal fitment.
