The starter handle cover slides neatly over the front grille’s starter handle opening. Each DMark® slider cover is engineered to fit our own slider box assemblies used on our one‑piece radiator grilles, but will also accommodate older, genuine grilles with minimal adjustment to ensure a best fit.
Manufactured using our proprietary DMark® custom tooling, jigs, patterns and manufacturing aids developed and refined over more than 30 years. These precision tools derive from original factory drawings, ensuring authentic dimensional accuracy and period‑correct specifications.
All DMark® brass grille slide covers are finished as polished brass. Our finishing process ensures consistent quality across all our brass componentry.
Customers may receive their new slider cover in polished brass or plated in chrome. DMark® partners exclusively with established, reputable electroplating specialists who share our exacting quality standards.
As a compact, easily handled component, many clients prefer us to manage the chrome plating process for this part. However, we understand that some customers prefer to coordinate plating themselves particularly when batching chrome work with other components.
